You never need an appointment to see a physician.
We are available when your doctor’s office is closed.
During the week we open at 9:00 AM and serve you till we close at 7 PM. We begin registration at 8:45 AM. Please try to arrive to be registered before 6:30 PM. On weekends we are open from 9 AM until 3 PM. We are not open every statutory holiday. Please check with the clinic to see if we are open.
We understand that many patients are encouraged by their physicians to visit the emergency room or one of the hospital urgent care centers. This usually results in a longer wait time for you and overcrowding in the hospital. We don’t believe this is an appropriate use of the community’s health care resources.
Ultimately it is one’s individual choice to decide where to go for health care. We hope you will consider your time, convenience and the quality of care you can expect by choosing PromptDoc.
Often it is best for you to visit in the after hours because the wait times are less, but try not to wait until the last moment.
Sometimes it is necessary to stop registering before closing because there are patients still to be seen.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any advice over the telephone. You are welcome to come in anytime and consult with one of our physicians.
